The Restaurant
This small hotel-restaurant in Valgaudemar has been serving its customers since 1965. We have successfully maintained the warm and generous mountain hospitality, as well as the cuisine unique to our valley, while also introducing new flavors and inspirations. We have been listed in the “Guide du Routard” since 1997. Mountain hiking in the Écrins National Park is undoubtedly the main activity, though it can certainly be capped off with a delicious meal. It's also a delightful way to discover a region through its products.
